Not included in either plan: warning-light / breakdown diagnostics as a membership benefit; tow or roadside reimbursement; repair of mechanical or electrical failure; rental cars; or any indemnity for parts failure. Diagnostics and repairs remain available at our ordinary shop rates (subject to any labor discount stated above).

Regular prices are plus tax and vary by vehicle. Oil-change prices vary the most, by engine and oil type, so ask us for your car's price. Vehicles that need full synthetic get 2 full-synthetic oil changes instead of 4. Full terms are in the contract.

Every ASAP plan is a one-year membership that auto-renews for another year. Paying every 30 days and paying for the year up front are two ways to pay for that same one-year membership.

After the Initial Term, this Agreement renews for successive one-year periods at the then-current price and terms unless you give us written notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days before the anniversary date, sent to the address or email in Section 2.

You may cancel for any reason within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date by written notice to us. After day 30, the term and auto-renewal rules apply.

Put the car on a plan
Preferred is two semi-synthetic or conventional oil changes or one full synthetic, and 10% off labor on qualifying repairs. VIP is four semi-synthetic or conventional oil changes or two full synthetic, filters, wiper blades, inspections, one alignment, and 20% off labor on qualifying repairs. Each plan's labor discount has a cap stated on your enrollment form.

Pay every 30 days or for the year
Both are the same one-year membership. The card form is Ambrosia's own Stripe checkout. Already paying? Update the card and see invoices in the billing portal. To cancel or not renew, send written notice to [email protected].

See what's left
Oil changes sit at the top. A full synthetic on VIP uses two of the four. The shop records the visit. You see what's left, and you can't add or remove one yourself.

Can I cancel?

What happens to services I don't use?

Unused included services do not roll year to year.

Can I switch from Preferred to VIP?

To change plans, call 419-214-0244 (Mon–Fri) or email [email protected].

Does it cover more than one car?

The Plan covers the Eligible Vehicle listed on your Enrollment Form. To add another car, call 419-214-0244 (Mon–Fri) or email [email protected]. Notify us within 14 days of a vehicle change. You remain responsible for the current term. You may transfer to another Eligible Vehicle we approve; we may require a new Enrollment Form.

Where do I see what's left?

How does the ride to work work?

VIP only: one Uber ride to work and back on each included oil-change visit (within 15 miles). Ask for it when you schedule.

Is there a limit on the labor discount?

VIP gets 20% off labor on qualifying repairs, and Preferred gets 10% off labor on qualifying repairs, each up to the cap stated on your enrollment form.

What does priority scheduling mean?

When you call, VIP members are offered the next open appointment first. We never bump someone else's booked appointment, and it isn't a promised finish time.
